Terms of Service

    By accessing or using the AOP-PRO API, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
  

1. The Service

AOP-PRO is an API service operated by Creative.Labs.LLP that provides text-to-vector processing, centroid computation, and zero-centering functionality via the Omega Kernel. Access is provided through API keys tied to a subscription tier.

2. API Keys & Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive one API key associated with your subscription tier. You are responsible for:

Keeping your API key confidential
All activity that occurs under your key
Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use

API keys are non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or distributing your key to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AOP-PRO to:

Reverse engineer the kernel, algorithm, or any part of the service
Resell or redistribute API access or outputs as a competing product
Scrape, crawl, or stress-test the API beyond your tier limits
Attempt to extract the underlying model, weights, or source code
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the infrastructure of the service

4. Intellectual Property

The AOP-PRO engine, the Omega Kernel (M0/M1/M2 architecture), the Adaptive Output Protocol, all source code, documentation, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Creative.Labs.LLP and are protected by:

Trade secret law — the kernel implementation is confidential and proprietary

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any Creative.Labs.LLP intellectual property. Your API outputs are yours; the engine that produced them is ours.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

You may cancel at any time through Stripe's customer portal
Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
Cancelled accounts revert to Free tier limits automatically
No refunds for partial months unless required by law

6. Tier Limits & Fair Use

Each tier includes a daily call limit and maximum dimension setting. Exceeding your limit returns a 429 response. Creative.Labs.LLP reserves the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent limits, or degrade service for other users.

7. Uptime & Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is." Enterprise customers may contact us to discuss SLA arrangements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative.Labs.LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use AOP-PRO.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Creative.Labs.LLP in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AOP-PRO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

Creative.Labs.LLP may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your API key is revoked and your right to use the service ends immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Colorado.
